   1  this line is widely used in the world  nowadays and has the features of high reduction ratio,uniform granularities,simple structure and easy maintenance.  It has two types: primary Jaw Crusher and secondary Jaw Crusher. The compressive strength of the final products is up to  320MPa.The Jaw crusher of Iarge and medium-size are the key products of our company. And our company takes the leading  place in designing and producing large Jaw Crushers in China.

  2   Impact crusher can deaI with any large,middle,and  small materials(granite,Iimestone,concrete,etc.) With length no longer than 500mm,and compressive strength less than 350Mpa.It is widely used in mining,highway, uailway,and construction industries to produce artificial sandstone materials.At present,the comprehensive capacity of lmpact crusher is prior to Cone Crusher and Hammer Crusher.

    3   The Circular Vibrating Screen has the advantages of even and reilation operation, low energy consumption,low noise,long life,even vibration and high efficiency of sieving.  Being high efficient sieving equipment,it is wildly used in mining, coal,metallurgy,building materials,refractory materials,light industry and chemisry industries.

    4 Workina Principle

The vibrating exciter is installed in the side plate of sieving box.Together with motor,the exciter rotates through coupling or belt,which produces centrifugal inertia  force.The sieving screen is the main easy-wear part.The perforated sieving plate and rubber sieving plate can be knitted by austenitic manganese steel,according to different raw materials and customers requirements.The sieving plate has the types of single layer and double-layers.The sieve obliquity can be adjusted by the height of the supporting seat of spring.
